    The Rev. Justin Van Orman, a native of Mobridge, South Dakota, was installed into the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCS) at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church on Sunday, August 24, 2004.
    Pastor Van Orman is a 2000 graduate of Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota where he earned the degree of Master of Divinity. Following his graduation from Luther Seminary, he served on the adminssions staff there. In May 2001, Pastor Van Orman moved to Columbus where he was employed as an Admissions Counselor at Trinity Lutheran Seminary.
    In February 2003 he accepted  a call from New Lebanon Lutheran Church in Junction City, Ohio to serve them as pastor for twenty hours weekly.
After receiving the call from Holy Trinity to serve this congregation for an additional twenty hours weekly, Pastor Van Orman resigned his position at Trinity Lutheran Seminary.
