Question: What are your peak usage times?

Answer: Our peak usage time is between 6:00pm and 11:00am. This is the time when most of our customers are dialing into our service. You should never get busy signals, however, even during the peak usage times. We have enough lines in all of our dial-up areas to accomodate the customers in that area. When we notice that lines start getting full in an area we order more to meet the needs of our customers. If you are noticing busy signals, especially in the evenings, please give us a call or send us an e-mail.

Question: I have my files on the server, but they do not work right. What could be wrong?

Answer: The most common problem occurs when the main file (the homepage file usually) is named something other than "index.html" (without the quotes). This file is the first page to load when someone visits your web page. If you have named the file something other than this, anyone visiting you site will get a generic file list screen of all the files in your directory.

Also, all the files on our UNIX server are case sensitive. Bigdog.html, bigdog.html, and BIGDOG.html are all different files to UNIX. Make sure that you have the spelling of the files perfect, including the correct uppercase (big) and lowercase (little) letters.

You can find it in the "Utilities" folder on the NetPlus CD you received from us, or you can also download the newest version from WinZip's webpage. Click on the "Download Evaluation Version" link there and follow the instructions on the next page that appears.

If you have a Macintosh computer, you can find Aladdin Expander in the "Helper | Misc. Applications" folder on the NetPlus CD you received from us, or you can download it from Aladdin's web page. Scroll down that page to the Macintosh section, find the StuffIt Expander program listing, and click on the link to download the free version.
