If repairing does not fix the problem check to see if you are running a firewall such as Norton Internet Security, McAfee Firewall, or Zone alarm. If so these programs need to be configure to allow the web accelerator access to the internet. Below of steps to take for the two major firewall programs.

Norton Internet Security
Norton will prompt you to "permit" or "block" the web accelerator file (pxclient.exe). Once you click on "permit" it will continue to work as before. In case "block" was chosen by mistake, please perform the following steps.

McAfee Firewall
McAfee prompts you to "Grant Access" or "block" the web accelerator file (pxclient.exe). Once you click on "Grant Access" it will continue to work as before. In case "block" was chosen by mistake, please perform the following steps.

If none of these steps fix the problem, call our office at (800) 240-6171 and ask to speak with a technician.
