Q&A  NetPlus Billing Procedures

We have created this page to help inform you of how we handle your billing account. We hope this will answer any questions that you may have as a new customer to NetPlus. If you have any additional questions not answered here, please email billing@netpluscom.com 24 hours a day; or feel free to call us at 740-342-4850 / 1-800-240-6171. The billing department office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6:30pm Saturday 9:30am to 2:30pm. We welcome all additional questions that you may share with us and will post your question and our answer to help other NetPlus customers.

Question.  How will I receive my statement for my internet bill?

AnswerA billing Invoice is e-mailed to you 10 days prior to your due date.We e-mail this invoice to your netplus e-mail account. If there is another e-mail account you would like this sent to, please let us know at billing@netpluscom.com 


Question. Why do I receive a billing reminder when I know I have mailed in the payment?

AnswerBilling Invoices are always sent. They will let you know the amount due for your payment or let you know that you have a credit on file. If you are concerned whether your payment was received or not, feel free to e-mail the billing department at billing@netpluscom.com  and we will check your account and reply back to you as quickly as possible.


Question. Why did I get put on hold when I already mailed the payment?

AnswerYour account is automatically put on hold if payment is not received by your due date. Once your payment is received and entered into our system your account will be taken off hold.


Question.  How do I get a printed statement mailed to me instead of an email reminder?

AnswerWe will gladly print a statement and mail it to you. There is a  $1.00 additional charge monthly for this service.


Question.  I pay my internet statement with a credit card.  Will I get an emailed reminder?

AnswerIf you would like a Billing Invoice, we will start e-mailing them at your request; however a receipt will be sent to you via email showing the amount run and date day your credit card was run and the total for which it was ran.


Question.  I am a yearly/six month customer, how will I get my statement?

AnswerYour Invoice will be sent to you via e-mail and U.S. Mail. If your credit card was used at your last billing cycle, you can contact the billing department to use your credit card again or make other payment arrangements. (Your Credit Card will not be charged without your permission).


Question.  I have a commercial account, how will I get my statement?

AnswerYour Invoice will be sent to you via e-mail and U.S. Mail 30 days prior to your due date.


Question.  I want to change the information on my account.  How do I do that?

AnswerIf there is any billing information that needs to be changed on your account, for example if you have moved and have a new address, please contact the billing department by e-mail or phone to update your customer information.


Question.  What happens when my credit card expires?

AnswerOur Billing System automatically rolls your expiration date forward 2 years. This is the normal time frame; however there are cards that roll 3 years forward. If you notice that your card does roll 3 years forward, contact the billing department and they will update you credit card information in your account.


Question.  What if I don't have a printer to print my reminder out?

AnswerOn your emailed invoice, you will find a customer account number. In the memo field of your check just write this number and your check will be credited to your account.


Question.  Can I get my money back for the first month of service?

AnswerYour first month of service is non-refundable. Please call our technicians right away if you don't feel your Netplus account is working properly. Almost all problems can be easily fixed over the phone with our technicians.


Question.  I referred a friend to NetPlus, when will I receive my free month of service?

AnswerAfter your friend has our service for 3 months you will receive your free month along with an e-mail letting you know that this has been credited to your account. If you want to check the status of the account to give you a better idea of when your free month will be just e-mail us at billing@netpluscom.com 


Question.  Why am I not receiving my Billing Invoices?

AnswerIf you are not receiving your Billing Invoices, contact our billing department to assure that they are being sent to the proper e-mail address.


Question.  I Pay for my internet service monthly. I would like to get a discount by paying 6mo/yearly. How do I do this?

AnswerThe length of time in which you pay for your service can be changed at the end of any billing cycle. Contact the Billing department to make arrangements.


Question.  Can I have my Internet Service automatically deducted from my credit or check card?

AnswerWe can easily set up your account for your payment to be automatically taken from a credit card or check card. Contact the billing department today!
