• Insert the Netplus installation CD-ROM that you received upon sign-up.
• After the CDROM is inserted you will see the Netplus installation menu.
• Click on the tab "Dial-up Networking Setup" to install the Dial-up Networking Connection.
• That will launch a connection screen with different dial-up access locations. Choose the location that’s local for your area and click OK.
• Click "OK" on the welcome screen.
• The dial-up software will install, when done press OK to finish the installation and then restart the computer.
• When the computer restarts, double click on the Internet Explorer icon located on the desktop. You will be prompted for your "User name" and "Password" that you supplied Netplus with when you signed up. NOTE, you will need to enter your user name and "NOT" your email address.
• After entering the user name and password you can put a check beside "save password" then press connect. That will dial the connection you installed and connect you to the internet.

• Once you are connected and the Internet Explorer is opened click on the mail tab then click read mail. That will open the Outlook Express.
• At the top of the screen click on Tools, Accounts, Mail, then click Properties on the right.
• Now you can enter your user information. Enter the name that you would like to be shown in the from field when you send an email. Usually you would enter your real name. Example ,John Doe
• Next, enter you email address. Example, If you user name is jdoe your email address would be jdoe@netpluscom.com
• Next, click on servers at the top of the screen and enter your account name and password. NOTE. Account name is the same thing as your user name or login name.
• Click on connection at the top of the screen and ckeck "Connect using my phone line" and use the following dial-up connection should display the connection you installed. Example, "New Lexington V.90 342-0431"
• Press OK then click on the NEWS tab on the Internet Accounts then click Properties.
• Enter your user information just like on the mail setup. "Your name and email address".
• Next, Click on connection at the top of the screen and check "Connect using my phone line" then press OK and then CLOSE on the Internet Accounts. Finished
