Click on the Mail icon in the dock at the bottom of the screen.
After the program has opened, click on the Mail menu at the top of the screen and choose Preferences (Figure 1-1).

Inside the Mail Preferences window that opens, click on the Accounts category at the top, then click on the Create Account button on the right. (Figure 1-2)

The following section relates to Figure 1-3:
Make sure that "POP Account" is showing in the Account Type pull-down menu. Then, click in the Description field and type "NetPlus".
Click in the Email Address field and type your NetPlus e-mail address. (Note: Be sure to type your entire e-mail address. e.g. - If your username is jdoe, your NetPlus e-mail address is jdoe@netpluscom.com.) Then, click in the Full Name field and type your name.
Click in the Host Name field and type "pop.netpluscom.com" (without the quotes). Then, click in the User Name field and type your NetPlus username.
Click in the SMTP Host field and type "smtp.netpluscom.com" (without the quotes). Then, click on the OK button at the bottom to save your changes and close the window.
Click on the X in the upper-left corner to close the Mail Preferences window.
To start receiving e-mail messages using the Mail program, click on the Get Mail button in the toolbar at the top of the window. The Mail program will contact
NetPlus' servers and download any new messages to your computer.
You are finished. Your e-mail program is now set up to send and receive messages from your NetPlus account.
