Open the Netscape program on your computer. Click on the Tasks menu at the
top of the Netscape window and choose Mail. (For the Macintosh version, click on the Tasks
menu at the top of the screen and choose Mail & Newsgroups.) This will open the Messenger e-mail
program.

Click on the Edit menu at the top of the window and choose Mail/News Account Settings. (Figure 1.1)

In the Account Settings window that opens, click on the New Account button in the bottom-left corner. (Figure 1.2)
This will open the New Account Setup wizard.
The first thing this wizard asks you for is what type of account you are creating. Make sure the first option is selected (ISP or e-mail provider) and
click on the Next button at the bottom of the window.
Next, the wizard asks for your name and e-mail address. Type those in the fields provided and then click on the Next button.

On this next window, make sure that POP is selected for the Incoming Server and type "pop.netpluscom.com" (without the quotes)
in the Server Name field. Click on the Next button.
On the next window, make sure your User Name appears correctly, and click on the Next button.
On the Account Name window, click on the Next button.
The next window will say "Congratulations" at the top. Click on the Finish button to close the wizard and save your settings. This will bring you
back to the Account Settings window, listing the new account there.

Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) on the left to highlight it. (Figure 1.4)
Click in the Server Name field and type "smtp.netpluscom.com" (without the quotes).
Click on the OK button at the bottom of the window to close it and save your settings.
To receive e-mail using Netscape Messenger, click on the Get Msg button in the toolbar at the top of the window. The Messenger program will contact
NetPlus' servers and download any new messages to your computer.
You are finished. Your e-mail program is now set up to send and receive messages from your NetPlus account.
