Click on the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen. Move your mouse to Control Panel
and choose Remote Access.
The following window should open:

Fill-in the following fields:
- Name: Type your NetPlus e-mail address. (NOTE: Be sure to type the entire e-mail address. If your username is jdoe, then the e-mail address you need to type in this field is jdoe@netpluscom.com).
- Number: Type the local dial-up number for your area in the space provided. Click on the link for a list of different dial-up numbers for cities in our service area.
(NOTE: To disable Call Waiting on your phone line when you are on the Internet, add "*70," to the beginning of the phone number [without the quotes]. If you have call waiting, and you choose not to disable it, you may experience disconnects when you are using the Internet and people call your phone number.)
Close the Remote Access window by clicking on the square in the upper-left corner. When you are prompted to save your changes, click on the Save button again.
Set up your NetPlus e-mail using Outlook Express 4.5 or Netscape Mail 7.
