Click on the Mail icon in the dock at the bottom of the screen to open your e-mail program.
After the program has opened, click on the Mail menu at the top of the screen and choose Preferences.
Click on the Accounts category at the top of the window that opens.
You should see the following window:
Click on the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) drop-down menu at the bottom of the window and choose Add Server.
The following window should open:
In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type "smtp1.netpluscom.com" (without the quotes).
Click on the Authentication drop-down menu and choose Password.
Click in the User Name field and type your NetPlus username. Type your password in the space below. (If you leave the password field empty, you will be asked to type your password when sending each e-mail message using this server.
Click on the OK button at the bottom on the window to close it and save your settings.
Click on the X in the upper-left corner to close the Mail Preferences window.
To start receiving e-mail messages using the Mail program, click on the Get Mail button in the toolbar at the top of the window. The Mail program will contact
NetPlus' servers and download any new e-mail messages to your computer.
You are finished. Your e-mail program is now set up to send and receive messages from your NetPlus e-mail account.
