How do I login to the Spam Filter?
- You would go our homepage and Click on Spam Filter Access.
How do I setup the account/Change
the password?
- You need to put in your email address for the username. Click
on Create new Password. Go check your email. Retrieve the temporary
password. Go back to the Spam Filter Access page. Put your email
address for the username and the temporary password in and click
on Login. Click on Preferences, then Security. You will need
to put in the old password and then the new one you want. We
suggest the same one you dial up to the Internet with. Type
the new password in the next two boxes and make sure you click
on the Save Changes button. This will automatically log you
out of the Spam filter. Log in using the new password to open
your Quarantine items page again.
How do I manually add email addresses
to my whitelist?
- Once you are logged in, Click on Preferences. Click on “Whitelist/Blacklist”.
Fill in individual e-mail addresses you want to receive mail
from in the box under the Whitelist section and click on the
Add button on the right. Make sure you click on the Save Changes
button when you are finished adding addresses to the list.

How can I deliver an email from
my Quarantined inbox to my Outlook Express without adding it
to my whitelist?
- Put a checkmark beside the email in quarantine and click on
the deliver button at the top.
There is an email in my quarantined
inbox. How do I add this person to my whitelist easily?
- Put a checkmark beside the email in quarantine inbox and click
on the whitelist button at the top. This will add the email
address to the whitelist, deliver the email to your inbox and
delete it from the quarantined inbox.
Everything in my quarantined
inbox is Spam, now what?
- You need to put a checkmark in the box beside Date, this will
checkmark all the emails. Click on the delete button at the
top. This will delete all the emails since they are all Spam.
How often should I check my quarantined
inbox?
- We recommend checking it at least once a week. Unless you
are waiting for an email from someone and you didn’t receive
it. You can check this as much or as little as you would like.
How do I turn off the Spam Filter
completely?
- Once you are logged in, click on Preferences, and then click
on “Spam Filter Enable/Disable”. Put a dot in “NO”
where it's asking to Enable Spam Scanning. You will now receive
all email including Spam.
Is there a way that the quarantined
items can come to my Regular Inbox with Outlook Express rather
than the Quarantined inbox in Barracuda?
- Once you are logged in, click on Preferences, and then click
on “Quarantine Enable/Disable”. Put a dot in “NO”
where it’s asking to Enable Quarantine. The quarantined
items will now show up in your Outlook Express with [QUAR] beside
the email.
