Test your Download Speed
This page is designed for testing your download speed or KB/sec. If you think your download speed is slow this will help determine if it's a problem with your connection or the site that you might be downloading from.

The file you will be downloading is Netscape Communicator a 15meg file so if you like you could let the download finish and use the program or stop the download after 1 or 2 megabytes have completed, that should be enough to give you a correct reading.
