"My Account" |

The "My Account" feature for all NetPlus Communications account holders is now ready for use! This online billing program was developed to help our customers manage their billing and technical issues.
The following is a list of the many things you will be able to do using your "My Account" Access.
1. View Emails
2. View Invoices
3. View Payments
4. Make credit card payments
5. Request a call back from our technical support staff
6. Complete short surveys regarding our service and or community. (optional)
7. More options coming soon!
Please remember when logging into your account that you will be asked for your NetPlus User(login) name and Password. This information should have been given to you when you started your account with us.
Once your login is successful you will go directly to your main page. On this page you should see your Invoices, Payments, Address Information and a Tool bar (which will direct you to other "My Account" services).
