NetPlus is offering basic Internet classes. If you are new to the Internet, and you would like to learn some basics, sign up now in the New Lexington office for an internet training class. We offer hour long sessions in which you will work one-on-one with your instructor. We will get you surfing, searching, and emailing with ease in one session. A one hour lesson is $25. These classes are only available in the New Lexington office at the present time.

NetPlus moves into Morgan County

NetPlus is working towards establishing dial-up access in the McConnelsville area. We will soon be providing a dial-up number with a 962 exchange for all residents of Morgan County to dial locally.

We at NetPlus see a need for fast, reliable Internet service in that area, given the lack of current providers and the level of service that those providers offer. Many phone calls a week come into our office from people in Morgan County, asking if we provide service to their area. At this time we are taking names and phone numbers of residents of Morgan County who would be interested in our service.

If you have family and friends in Morgan County who would be interested in reliable Internet connection, refer them to our service. For every person you refer who signs up with us, a credit will be applied to your account for one month of free service ($19.95). You will get a confirmation email after your referral has had our service for 90 days.

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer in a day, week, month, or year. If you know 12 people in Morgan County who are looking for a good Internet Service Provider, you could earn one whole year of free Internet.

Make sure that when the person signs up they state your full name or email address during the signup process in order for your account to be properly credited.

Stop Worrying About Paying for Your Monthly Internet and Save Money at the Same Time

Did you know that you can get a discount on your NetPlus service and not have to worry about remembering to pay your account every month when you pay six or twelve months at a time? When you pay for six months the cost is $110, which averages out to be $18.33 monthly. And twelve months costs just $210, which averages out to be $17.50 each month. You must pay the full amount to get the discount, but then you do not have to worry about your bill for another six or twelve months. Also, if you are a new signup and you pay semiannually or annually, we will waive the $10 activation fee. So, if you know someone who just heard about our service and wants to sign up, and wants to save some money, tell them about our semiannual and annual rates.

Every dial-up access account with NetPlus comes with standard features, like email, web space, chat rooms, and newsgroups. Other services we offer to all accounts are internet-related tech support, classified ads. Best of all, these services are free to all of our users.

You can reach your tech support by phone and email during the office hours on the back of this newsletter. You will also find our phone number and email address there.

Plus, if you are experiencing internet-related problems when our office is not open, and you can access email, write us with the problem. Our technicians check the support email throughout the evening and morning hours. Make sure you include as much information related to the problem as you can so we can better help you.

Our tech support is always happy to help you out with any problems you are having with your service. All technicians can help out with general questions and Windows problems. For extensive Macintosh support, ask for Tim, our Mac technician. For ISDN and Linux support, ask for Andrew.

When you call with a problem, we will make sure you get it fixed, through step–by–step diagnostics and call backs. If we have tried everything we can think of, and we still cannot fix the problems you are having over the phone, we make special appointments for customers to bring their computers into our office in New Lexington.

Another service we offer is our classified ad postings. You can check them out at http://www.netpluscom.com/class/netfieds.htm l. We sort our postings by category, so it is easy to find what you are looking for. When you submit an ad, mail it to class@netpluscom.com . Make sure to include your name and customer number, or your NetPlus email address, even if you do not want the email to show in the ad. Ads stay posted for one week, at which time you can simply re-post them.
