Belva in Virginia- July 02 I had some custom blinds in my family room that matched the fabric of my couch. When I got a new couch, the blinds needed to be replaced. I thought to myself, "there must be some way to still use these blinds." So, I removed the fabric from the blinds and painted them with speckle paint that matched my new couch. For the valance, I went to the fabric store and bought the cheapest white material I could find. I spray painted the fabric with the same speckle paint and made the valance to match.
