Did anyone get a picture of me presenting the bugler Ned Watts his certificate?  What a powerful moment that was for both of us!  He, a 97 year old WWII vet, receiving a certificate from me, a Vietnam era vet, thanking him for his service honoring a Revolutionary War vet, during the period when we are at war with terrorism.  ~ Larry P.
