It is hard to believe that almost five years have gone by since our 50th. We are counting on YOU to come join the festivities. Grab your cane, your toupee, your hearing aid glasses and teeth - no excuses!!!! We had a most enthusiastic response from our earlier mailing, so RIGHT NOW, READ THIS, FILL OUT YOUR REGISTRATION SHEET, MAKE OUT A CHECK AND MAIL IT! Deadline is April 1.

Everyone agreed that this reunion would be low-key, easy to plan, no frills, no tours, no questionnaires, no Reunion booklets, no Tiger special issue (how could we possibly top our 50th!) However, we have planned lots of time for fellowship, food and fun. In deference to those classmates who will be driving or flying, we have shifted our Brunch to Saturday. This will give you a leisurely Sunday morning to attend church, connect with Little Rock family members, go sightseeing or just sleep late! Several were unable to attend the Brunch last time due to travel schedules, so hopefully this will make things easier all the way around.

6 - 11 PM Buffet Dinner/Music/Dancing - Bob Boyd’s Sounds.

WEATHER AND DRESS
We are counting on beautiful weather! But, just in case, check the weather prediction before you come; perhaps stick in an umbrella, a light wrap perhaps for evening. Come casual (or whatever) for Friday night and Saturday brunch. Saturday night will be jackets for men and cocktail attire for ladies.

CASH BAR
Drinks will be available in the Bar at Governors Inn on Friday night. The Pleasant Valley C.C. has arranged for us to sell drink tickets ($5 for cocktail; $3 for wine; $2 for soda) on Saturday night.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION - DEADLINE: APRIL 1
Please print your name as you would like it on your nametag (do include maiden name, ladies). We are planning to have an up-to-date address list available for you at Registration, so include your phone # and e-mail if you would like to share with your classmates. You will note that we have quoted a Reunion Weekend Package price which covers all of the above activities, address list and the expenses of putting on a reunion (mailings, etc).. You will receive postcard or e-mail notification upon receipt of your registration and check.

GUESTS OTHER THAN SPOUSE/DATE:
Members of other LRHS classes are welcome to join us (on a space available basis). A price is quoted for just the Saturday night event. Your name tag will be available at the Club.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS:
Hopefully, none. If necessary, call (501) 666-7698 (Joanne Riddick) or
(501) 664-4228 (Hollis Kennedy).

No refunds after April 15th unless someone surfaces to take your place. Regardless, if your plans change, please let us know so we don’t set a place for you and pay for food not eaten!!

ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE AN EXTRA 1949 YEARBOOK ? Several requests have been received, so if you have an extra and are willing to part with it or sell it, let us know.

SEVERAL COPIES OF 50TH REUNION BOOK & TIGER will be available at Registration for a nominal price. .

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We would love to have some volunteers to assist with Registration Friday evening (short shifts); to assist with decorating at Club about 3 PM Saturday; and to welcome everyone and sell drink tickets Saturday evening at the door. (4 per short shift). The Club will have prepared signs showing the prices - tickets are different colors. Great way to greet everyone and really be of assistance. Anyone out there with a digital camera that would like to flex their amateur skills taking informal shots during the weekend?

Ray has asked for copies of our Reunion Committee minutes, but alas there are none. (We told you we were going at this Reunion a bit more casually). We are just getting better at delegating and making decisions by round-robin telephone calls that we trust will please you. We will try to post a list on the website in mid-March of those whose registrations we have received at that point.
