Dave Powell Comes In Fourth
For Age Bracket!

You've heard about staying in shape, regardless of age, haven't you?   Some folks walk, and some workout on gym equipment, and some former LRHS ex-students can still run, believe it or not!   Dave Powell, and his wife, Pat, run at least, and they both do quite well in races they still enter.   Guess they like to eat well and stay thin!   Last Saturday Dave ran in the 5K Fine Arts foot race (as shown below) and came in 4th for his age group. Such running like this for most people is too exhausting, but NOT for Dave.
